By accessing or using the services provided by Sales That Close (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sales That Close provides done-for-you LinkedIn outreach and appointment setting services for B2B service providers. Our services include prospect research, personalized messaging, connection requests, conversation management, and calendar booking.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business and offer
  • Maintain an active LinkedIn profile
  • Respond to booked appointments in a timely manner
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unethical purposes
  • Comply with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and all applicable laws

4. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are billed monthly as specified in your chosen plan. Payments are due in advance of each billing cycle. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

Additional costs such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscriptions or CRM platform fees are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your business information. We will not disclose your proprietary information to third parties except as necessary to perform our services or as required by law.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees incurred prior to the effective termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sales That Close shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
